So I’m here to tell you about a low sugar, low carb, low calorie margarita.
Sounds super difficult, right?
Let get into the recipe!
2 ounces blanco tequila (silver)
splash of orange liqueur (i.e., Cointreau/Triple Sec)
LOTS of squeezed lemon + lime to taste (I usually squeeze about 1/2 lime + 1/2 lemon)
splash of sparkling water (or La Croix, Spindrift, soda water)
salt half the rim of your glass
combine everything except the sparking water (La Croix, soda water, etc) in cocktail shaker
pour into glass + top with sparkling water (La Croix, soda water, etc)
*TIP* cocktail shaker is not a necessity- just add all ingredients to salted glass and stir!
That’s literally it! Holy s**t, right?!
You can easily make this at home, or even order at a restaurant/bar.
