Hey there!

So I’m here to tell you about a low sugar, low carb, low calorie margarita.

Sounds super difficult, right?


Let get into the recipe!

  • 2 ounces blanco tequila (silver)
  • splash of orange liqueur (i.e., Cointreau/Triple Sec)
  • LOTS of squeezed lemon + lime to taste (I usually squeeze about 1/2 lime + 1/2 lemon)
  • splash of sparkling water (or La Croix, Spindrift, soda water)
  • salt half the rim of your glass
  • add ice
  • combine everything except the sparking water (La Croix, soda water, etc) in cocktail shaker
  • pour into glass + top with sparkling water (La Croix, soda water, etc)
  • *TIP* cocktail shaker is not a necessity- just add all ingredients to salted glass and stir!

That’s literally it! Holy s**t, right?!

You can easily make this at home, or even order at a restaurant/bar.

    I LOVE margaritas whether calorie friendly or not (I’m already a walking stick)…I pretty much love any drink that is sweet and girly :).
