CERTIFIED HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST
CERTIFIED HEALTH & WELLNESS COACH

I'm so happy you've found your way here!

hi friend...
THE BASICS:

I currently live in Parkersburg, West Virginia with my husband Scott and our two cats. I received my certifications through AFPA in 2022 and I also have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Fairmont State University.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER TURNED HEALTH COACH?

Yep that’s right… While I’m thankful for my graphic design background, it just wasn’t serving me anymore and it definitely wasn’t my true passion. Once I started becoming interested in health & nutrition, it was clear to me what my actual purpose was.

MY PAST:

Drinking Mountain Dew daily. Adding salt to my Ramen Noodles. Eating fast food multiple times a day. Sleeping past noon… These were some things I used to do on a regular basis. I constantly felt like shit, was always sick with something, and definitely wasn’t happy with myself.

MAKING CHANGES:

After I got engaged I decided it was time to make some serious changes. I wanted to look good AND feel good for my wedding and beyond. After some serious trial and error of trying to be “healthy,” I finally discovered the key to TRUE health.

(HINT! it’s not keto, diet pills, only eating salads, fruity pebble protein powders, or running every single day.)

I discovered the power of food and the importance of the way we choose to fuel our bodies. I discovered the word "holistic" and started catering to not just my physical health, but my mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health as well.

The transformation I had was incredible. I finally started to feel truly healthy, happy, and confident.

Was it an overnight change? Absolutely not. It took years to get to where I am now. It consisted of me making small, sustainable changes one at a time - some harder than others… but it was so worth it.

I'm so grateful to be in this position today where I get to help others get unstuck and discover true health and happiness.
